Stores patient session information created by the Medtronic CareLink programmer (such as the 2090 model); used to save data recorded by a Medtronic Chronicle Implantable Hemodynamic Monitor (IHM); often saved to a IBM-formatted 3.5 disk to store the data for future reference.PDD files can be opened from the Chronicle software (i.e. Chronicle 9520B) by opening the Select Model screen and selecting Devices→Other; then choose Chronicle 9520B-Read From Disk and follow the on-screen instructions.
